Our technicians can often resolve your issues without the need to attend site. Providing you still have internet access, with your permission, we can remotely access your computer and sort out the problem quickly. This reduces your system downtime and productivity. As an end user you may simply want us to show you how to do something. This is easily achieved with our remote support tool.
You will be asked by our technician to download a small file (Remote Support) onto your computer (this is removed after the session has finished). The link to the file is at the top left of this page. You will then be asked to enter a session number and hey presto we can help you without actually being in the room. Isn’t technology great!
Normal chargeable rates apply for remote support, however they are billed per 15 minutes with a minimum charge of 15 minutes.
